Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means that you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return for any item that has a manufacturing defect or does not match the description on our website. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when it was received, with all original tags, accessories, and packaging included. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase to process the return.

To initiate a return, please email us at support@nehawireless.com, and we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Returns should be sent to our address at 1420, S Caraway Rd, Jonesboro, AR 72401, USA. Please note that items returned without a RAN will not be accepted.

Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item to ensure that it meets our return policy requirements. If the item is approved, we will process a refund, excluding any shipping or handling charges. We will notify you via email when your refund is processed, and it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since you received confirmation of your refund, please contact us at support@nehawireless.com.

Damages and Issues

We take the utmost care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if you notice any damage or defects. If the item is damaged or defective, we will either provide a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the customer's preference. We will cover the cost of return shipping if the item is found to be defective.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We also do not accept returns for items on sale or gift cards.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the standard return process and place a new order for the item you want. We will process a refund for the returned item once we receive it and inspect it.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without any justification. The product must be in the same condition as when it was received, with all original tags, accessories, and packaging included. You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase to process the return.
